These Terms govern your use of dreeams.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service contains adult, sexually explicit AI-generated content and is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that it is legal for you to access such content where you live.
dreeams.ai provides an AI-companion chat. The companion is a fictional, AI-generated character — not a real person. All conversations and media are computer-generated. Nothing in the Service constitutes advice of any kind.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and one account per person.
Certain features require credits or an access pass, purchased through our third-party payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout. Credits are a prepaid balance for use within the Service and have no cash value.
The Service delivers digital content and services that begin immediately. Where you are an EU consumer, by starting to use purchased credits or content you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for content already delivered. Unused, undelivered purchases may be refundable — contact support@dreeams.ai.

You retain your rights to content you upload but grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
